Any device with a browser works — Android phones, Android tablets, Windows laptops, even a basic smartphone. The POS interface is designed for touch screens with big product photos and easy-tap buttons. Many of our clients run it on a KSh 8,000 Android tablet and a Bluetooth receipt printer.

The teller enters the customer's phone number and taps Pay. An M-Pesa STK prompt appears on the customer's phone immediately. Once they enter their PIN, confirmation comes back automatically — the sale is recorded with the M-Pesa reference number. No copying refs manually, no WhatsApp screenshots.

Yes. You can create as many locations (branches, docks, warehouses) as you need. Each location has its own stock levels, its own tellers, and its own daily reports. You see all of them together on the manager dashboard and can filter by branch or date at any time. The Growth and Pro plans include multi-location support.

All your data is stored on our secure server, not just on the device. If a phone is stolen or breaks, you log in on any other device and everything is exactly where you left it — products, sales history, stock levels, staff accounts. The device is just a screen; your business lives in the cloud.

Most businesses are fully live within one afternoon. Create your account (5 minutes), upload your products using our Excel template (30–60 minutes depending on catalog size), create your staff logins, and you're selling. We also offer a hands-on setup session over WhatsApp — just ask.

Yes — the HR module (included in the Pro plan) uses KRA's 2024 tax bands and the current NHIF and NSSF rates. You enter each employee's gross salary and the system calculates their deductions, net pay, and generates a payslip. The payroll module is not a replacement for a certified accountant for complex cases, but for straightforward monthly payroll it does all the arithmetic for you.
